Description
When the Canary Mining Company shuttered its doors in 1908, it left the town of Hope Falls West Virginia desolate and deserted. The Company’s official statement reads that the Mine had grown depleted of gold, however, the locals tell a much more horrifying tale. Some say the miners refused to enter the old shaft because of numerous deaths, each attributed to a hideous creature that lurked within.
